Hello Sir,
It doubtful whether Electric can tackle this.
There is specialized proprietary software
from vendors as Intusoft that does this,
and one has to buy a licence and so forth.
A SPICE model could be created with
some effort, and lot of interesting results
obtained. Hope this helps.
