Glad to hear it. What can I do to help make this happen?

We know that CalTrans has readers at many more locations than just the
toll plazas. These readers are used (at least) for determining vehicle
presence. This allows for congestion studies. One of the things we talked
about doing is hooking up a transponder to wardriving software. Then we
can map reader locations.
