As an interim to "really" solving the problem. I hacked the gains on
the carrier and stereo DSBSC signal.
My favorite test is
usrp_wfm_rcv -f <Frequency_of_STEREO_FM_STATION>
and then
usrp_wfm_rcv_pll -f <Frequency_of_STEREO_FM_STATION>
I will never be able to go back as the stereo separation and fidelity
are now much improved.
