[Discuss-gnuradio] DNS issues with gnuradio.org

The GNU Radio site/repository has had some intermittent DNS issues
today.  It appears the problem is fixed at this point but it may take
time for DNS cache entries to timeout.

An alternate address for the site is gnuradio.utah.edu; however, this
will not work for updating existing subversion working copies as the
gnuradio.org address is the one stored as the repository location.
