You said that your recording is at 8MHz bandwidth (8Msps complex).  Since
  8Msps isn't a "proper" bandwidth for the USRP2, you'll have to up-sample
  to a proper (10MHz) rate before you send it to the USRP2, and select
  the appropriate interpolation ratio.  You'd have to specify an
interpolation
  value of 10.
