Such a broad-band Rx front-end, depending on the environment, can
require more dynamic range than you'll have downstream. Do you have RF
preselectors before the amplification and mixing stages? Many
broad-band, high-performance RF receivers will have a switchable
filter bank (usually containing a bank of SAW or BAW filters) to
divide the antenna RF into bands of a few hundred MHz. After looking
at your website and considering the price that you have listed, I
doubt that you're doing this.

I've been considering building a USRP compatible receiver board with
preselectors, but would like to find one off-the shelf.
