Re-save as just "build-gnuradio", and:

chmod 755 build-gnuradio

./build-gnuradio


I assume that you used "sh build-gnuradio.sh", which, on Ubuntu (because
their /bin/sh isn't BASH), it
  executed under the wrong shell interpreter.
