[Discuss-gnuradio] GNSS-SDR: report of GSoC activities

Dear all,

last week, we acquired signals coming from in-orbit Galileo satellites 
using GNSS-SDR (gnss-sdr.org). This is considered a milestone in the 
work developed within GSoC. Our next steps will be devoted to signal 
tracking and the demodulation of the navigation message.

We have prepared a report that provides details about the experiments
