There are two quadrature demodulator int gnuraio, gr_quadrature_demod_cf and gr::anlog:quadrature_demod_cf, so which one can be used to demodulate PM signals

I believe they're the same. The gr::analog:quadrature_demod_cf is part of the newer naming scheme that is emerging.
