Well, what are those steps to the book? sudo make uninstall, git checkout
xxx, cd xxx, cmake .., make. Did I miss something? AS I have mentioned,
until now it did work this way, so I assumed that either something had
changed or I simply missed something, and before it worked by coincidence.
