We've had to change the URL to completely bypass the CloudFlare network,
so here is the new one:
http://downloads.gnuradio.org/releases/gnuradio/iso/ubuntu-12.04.2-desktop-amd64-gnuradio-2013-0817.torrent
Change the 'torrent' to 'iso' to get the direct download link.
