Hardware RSSI is only available on some daughtercards, and is usually not accurate with respect to the final bandwidth of interest. Generally if you want to measure received power over your final bandwidth of interest, just insert a complex-to-mag**2 in the stream, and average that and decimate, and you'll have a good received power estimate. -- Marcus Leech Principal Investigator Shirleys Bay Radio Astronomy Consortium http://www.sbrac.org |
