I'm using 3.7 so I can't run your flowgraph, but you are using a NBFM to
demodulate WBFM at 93.5 MHz.  Use the FM Demod block.  You also don't need
the translating filter after the UHD source, unless you plan on increasing
the source sample rate to offset-tune from the LO feedthrough.  Your FFT
sinks also have the wrong sample rate.
