[Discuss-gnuradio] added basic support for Elecraft KPod

Hi,

I got some code to support Elecraft KPod: https://github.com/vrytikov/elecraft-kpod.

It's somehow similar to https://github.com/gnuradio/gnuradio/blob/master/gr-wxgui/python/wxgui/powermate.py

The code should work with 1.09 firmware version of KPod - the firmware is available for download from official Elecraft web site.

Also support for GNU Radio Companion still needs to be added. I think it would be nice to be able to make it looks like a variable controlled by KPod and you can bind it somehow to a radio frequency for instance. Any help would be appreciated. 

Special thanks to Paul Saffren from Elecraft for the firmware upgrades and helping with debugging. Also to Derek Kozel for helping with GR and ideas on how to integrate KPod into it.
