Thanks very much! Linrad seems to work fine at 200Ksps, I have no idea why. But, setting 250ksps in gqrx makes it work! I still have a lot to learn, but I'm making progress. I'm still trying to come up with a flowgraph for CW in gnuradio using the rtlsdr.
