[Discuss-gnuradio] Windows binaries for GR 3.7.12 released

Good afternoon all,

The windows installers have been updated for GnuRadio 3.7.12 and are posted here: http://www.gcndevelopment.com/gnuradio/downloads.htm

The following versions were updated:

• GNURadio -> 3.7.12
• UHD -> 3.11.0
• gqrx -> 2.11.3

The following OOT packages have been added

• gr-gsm
  

Other Issues Fixed:

• The scripts now check for dependencies using Get-Command vs fixed paths
  
• A license file mismatch was fixed
  
• Added environment variable to work with RFNOC development
  
• Removed unintended dependencies on Intel Fortran runtime libs
