I wasn't worried about my gnuradio builds as much as my system as a whole when I was mucking with the actually cmake and compilers themselves to try and fix the problem.

The whole purpose of using PyBOMBS is to work in PREFIXes, so no need
to do that – PyBOMBS does that automatically.
