The new ports (cvsup'd yesterday) also have iconv-rfc1345 with 108
charset tables ...
If you check the Makefiles, you will see however, that both, iconv-extra
and iconv-rfc1345, depend on iconv.2 not giconv.2 (as does libxml2).
