A bug-fix and optimization release.

Added French localization.

All the localization files are available on www.gnustep.it.
Now you can download them separately and make corrections (also to the
English, please!).

Regarding the Recycler, its code is almost done, but I've a problem with
the icon.
Provisionally, I'm using a recycler icon from an old collection of
Next-like icons. (also the GWorkspace's app-icon is from that collection).

I think that somebody should design or choose some new icons...

I have also seen on Rhapsody (if I remember) screenshot that the System,
Local, Users folders had custom icons as well as e.g.
System/Administration /System/Demos /System/Developer etc...

Perhaps this would be a nice thing for GNUstep, too.
