Does anybody of the
readers know,
how the VESA driver
for OpenStep
works and interacts
with the mach
kernel to access the
GFX-cards
VESA
BIOS?
This information
would be quite interesting
as it would then be
possible to develop a
VESA 3.0 compliant
GFX driver for
OPENSTEP that would
allow the setting
of the refresh-rate
which the VESA 2.0
driver from apple
does not support.
