more languages for GNUstep

Here is an archive (in tgz format) which contains more languages for 
GNUstep. Not that I translated all the stuff myself (I only speak 
german, english and a little bit russian): I "found" them on my 
computer. The files are in Unicode format and have possibly to be 
transformed into ASCII unicode escape format (something I don't know how 
to do). I hope you find them helpfull
