I, to a point, agree on Languages, when I typed it I already had my doubts,
but imho TimeZones might be -base specific, but it is a resource that a user
wants to lookup, to make his system work right. I agree that when everything
is managed by Preferences.app the user couldn't care less about where the
system got it's zone from. But since GNUstep is also very much used as a
non-graphical environment, I think this kind of resources should be easy to
find. They should not be hidden in a sub-directory of a sub-directory.
like /usr/share is THE place to find shared stuff, it's clear and simple.
I think Library should be the equivalent of /usr/share.
Any other opinions, ideas, flames ?
