Hi,

this feature is not yet there, I am sorry...:-(

But it is easy to create a toplevel project by hand and add the 'real
(sub)projects' using PC - unfortunately PC then does not maintain the
toplevel project.

As an example you could have a look at the PC toplevel makefile.
