Hi,

What it is?
A GDB Debuging service.

What it does?
It will add 'Debug executable' menu item in your Services menu. You select an 
executable file or an application bundle (.app or .debug) and after launching 
that service, new terminal window will open with gdb and executable loaded in 
it. Terminal.app has to be running and gdb has to be somewhere in your PATH.
