It currently is maintained on my harddisk in DocBook xml format.No CVS etc. So if you have ideas, comments, suggestions or entire chapters, send them to me. And I will gladly look at them and add them to the book.
An updated version is available at: http://gnustep.made-it.com/GSPT/xml/Tutorial_en.html Which now also has a basic section on #include and #importChapter 2 is the part I am working on. All behind that haven't got much attention.
