A now broken version of the tutorial is online where the entire paragraph is removed.

cool ;)

in which for is it maintained? i have so many ideas as i read along that
i dont wanna bother you to add them all. if it was in CVS somewhere and
i had write permission - i could be contributing to community as i
read.

It currently is maintained on my harddisk in DocBook xml format.
No CVS etc. So if you have ideas, comments, suggestions or entire chapters, send them to me. And I will gladly look at them and add them to the book.

An updated version is available at:
http://gnustep.made-it.com/GSPT/xml/Tutorial_en.html
Which now also has a basic section on #include and #import

Chapter 2 is the part I am working on. All behind that haven't got much attention.
