Hi Riccardo,

I am surely the wrong person to address this question to. I wasn't 
involved in the code in question, actually only after this long mail, I 
do now partly understand, what this is all about. From your description 
I would expect the bug to be somewhere in the image filtering code. Is 
it possible to reproduce the bug with the 2.7 release of Price? If so 
could you please provide a start tiff image and a step by step 
description on how to reproduce the problem?
