I suppose the command you'd want is something like:

defaults write NSGlobalDomain GSFirstCommandKey Super_L

But I propose make this by default.
Also, I think, standard for keybinding needed.

The problem with this is that you assume that all keyboards have a Super (windows) key. Not all do. That right there is why it can't ever be the default.
