This gives me a idea: I could make some frameworks with parts of GWorkspace. 
The Fiend could be a framework, the tabbed shelf and Inspector too; and in 
FSNode there already is a framework with all you need to write a file viewer.
These frameworks could be used in the various desktop projects...
