Fixed. I removed the GNUstep implementation subsection at 
http://www.gnustep.org/resources/OpenStepSpec/ApplicationKit/Classes/NSWorkspace.html, 
because it linked to the link fabien sent in above, which was renamed 
quite some time back and, much more importantly, no longer discusses 
NSWorkspace implementation details at all.

In the future, please do not submit website-specific issues to 
gnustep-discuss for repair. We have a website specific mailing list (and 
webmasters@gnustep.org points there) for this, to try to keep offtopic 
ML traffic at a minimum. Thanks again for the report!
