I'm confused - this build attempt is for pkgsrc source distribution on
Linux. The configure system in make should be identifying that it's a
Linux system and the code generation options in target.make should be
using the Linux definitions. Of course, if pkgsrc is bypassing our
configure, then it should be fixed by the package maintainer?
