Hi all,

I don't know if somebody has any interest in this, I got JIGS to compile with the use of Kaffe. I am a little bit short on time, so I will not continue this excersise now (maybe later).

What I have so far:
gnustep from SVN

jikes-1.22 (compiled with --prefix=/usr/GNUstep/Library/Java)

kaffe-1.1.6 (compiled with --prefix=/usr/GNUstep/Library/Java --without-classpath-gtk-awt)
If you have or add GTK to your system this last part should be omitted.

jigs-1.5.5 with adjustments in:
Java/gnu/gnustep/java/JIGSLibraryLoader.h
Java/gnu/gnustep/java/JIGS.h
Java/gnu/gnustep/base/NSObject.h
commented out the ifndef part

It compiles and installs... but the tests fail with something I do not understand. But as said before, I have a lack of time to investigate.

Greetings,

Dennis
