  Well, if you want a window manager which partially support GNUstep,
  you can try Azalea in Etoile project.
  It is ported from OpenBox3 and conforms most of the EWMH.
  Therefore, it works well for daily use.
  It does not 100% support GNUstep,
  but better than the one which does not know GNUstep at all.
  Try the one in -stable. Currently I am updating the one in the -trunk.

 By the way, if you are interested to improve it, you are welcome.
 We can talk it in Etoile maillist.
 I am currently short of time and can barely keep it up to date.
