Hi all,

...
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/GNUstepOld/core/back/Tools'
rm -f XGCommonFont.m
ln -s ../Source/xlib/XGCommonFont.m .
rm -f xdnd.c
ln -s ../Source/x11/xdnd.c .
Making all for tool gpbs...
 Compiling file gpbs.m ...

/usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/4.2.4/../../../../lib/libXft.so: undefined reference to `FT_Library_SetLcdFilter'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [obj/gpbs] Error 1
make[1]: *** [gpbs.all.tool.variables] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/GNUstepOld/core/back/Tools'
make: *** [internal-all] Error 2

Any idea how to fix this?

        LIBS=-lfreetype ./configure

fixed this! :-)

Thanks,

 Andreas
