Also i am thinking to make frameworks included static and not dynamic, to avoid the "versioning hell" of iOS. what do you think?

I have seen that you have copied some sources but the status of your code is completely useless. You are missing the Makefiles.

No. I think you will have to roll up your sleeves and write some CoreAnimation code yourself...
I will then take it if it is good enough.
