If you intend to have (in your code)
#import "SurfaceView.h"
then
OpenWar_INCLUDE_DIRS += -I../../Library/ViewCore

If you intend to have (in your code)
#import "ViewCore/SurfaceView.h"
then
OpenWar_INCLUDE_DIRS += -I../../Library
