I don’t have a home directory on the machine that works either. Attached are 
screen shots of C:\GNUstep   and C:\GNUstep\GNUstep.

I have it as a subdir of GNUstep. e.g.

G:\GNUstep\home\myuser

How is it on the machine that works?
