Hi,
I just updated my installation on NetBSD and when I launch any
application, I do get this:
2016-06-22 11:48:26.909 GWorkspace[14500:129386644304368] Did not find
correct version of backend (libgnustep-back-024.bundle), falling back to
std (libgnustep-back.bundle).
2016-06-22 11:48:26.916 GWorkspace[14500:129386644304368]
NSApplication.m:304 Assertion failed in initialize_gnustep_backend.
Unable to find backend back
GWorkspace: Uncaught exception NSInternalInconsistencyException, reason:
NSApplication.m:304 Assertion failed in initialize_gnustep_backend.
Unable to find backend back
why is it trying to load libgnustep-back-024.bundle ? It should load the
new version!
It is avilable here:
/System/Library/Bundles/libgnustep-back-025.bundle
I have no GSBackend setting at all!
disc$ defaults read NSGlobalDomain
disc$ defaults read NSGlobalDomain GSBackend
defaults read: couldn't read default
so where is it getting the wrong old version?
Riccardo
