hello,

To those who speak french,

I just wrote a small article about the responsability of webforum creators in 
France. If you don't know what's happening here, to give an example, a small 
forum creator has recently been sentenced to pay 90 000 dollars because he was 
criticizing a computer shop in his forum. This is of course unacceptable and, 
of course, law does not permit it... that is at least my legal opinion...
