Definitely relevant.

Well, the program seems to suppose that there actually is a
spoon! :-)

Even Morpheus did not fully confront the truth: with ubiquitous
digital connectivity, we are all "The One!"

:-)

The issues are important – whether I agree with the particular
opinions I can’t say thought it seems to be in the right
direction and having the CEA taking a stance can be important. I
wrote about some related issues in
http://www.frankston.com/?name=SATNConnectivityDays. Too bad this
is confused with the HDTV debacle as if the world will fall apart
if people aren’t forced to turn the clock back to when HDTV was
still futuristic and not passé and overtaken by what we’re used
to on computers and can do over the Internet.

It's more than just the same old debates about Grokster, piracy
and downloading. Are efforts to protect intellectual property
actually discouraging creativity and threatening the ability of
the U.S. to compete in the global marketplace? How are the IP
debates impacting our nation's proud tradition of attracting the
brightest and most creative people from around the world?

Join us for a one-day conference to examine the critical issues
beyond the scope of this one case and learn about the overall
impact the current climate has on the advancement of creativity
and innovation in the United States.

On-site registration is available 8 a.m. on March 16th at the
Washington DC Convention Center. Online registration is no longer
available.

Come a day early to attend the 10th Annual HDTV Summit! The HDTV
Summit brings key representatives from multiple industries and
policy makers together to discuss the issues at-hand and debate
the best next steps. Join us for this important event exploring
every angle of the HDTV transition and beyond. Registration is
available on-site.
