Summary:	Description is lost when adding a new predefined product to a contract
Description:	When adding a new predefined product to a contract, the content of the description field is not stored. The problem is due to a variable that we forgot to rename after the form refactoring. Attached you can find a patch to fix the issue.
Step to reproduce bug:	- Create a new contract. - Add a predefined product with a description. - The description is not stored.
