Summary:	Enhance shipment module
Original Submission:	I'd like to be able to add notes on my shipments (for example to mention the previous shipments ref on a 2nd, 3rd... shipment). Another cool feature would be to add a transporter list (thirdparty ?) and a tracking url which combined with the tracking number could easily help user to know where the product is while on the phone with the customer for example).
