I understand your concerns about Privacy in the cloud, and big brothers like Google... but... we are all more or less "transparent" to their omniscient eyes...
I am more concerned about functionnalities, ease of use, etc...
The Google Apps "suite" is perfect for young companies and really practical in terms of 
indexing data (OCR of pdf docs and pictures taken by phone) 
and collaborating online (editing docs at the same time, revisions, comments, alerts...)

What is missing in GPC's tool is a way to "manage" documents in folders based on Dolibarr categorization... Third's data, propals, orders, shipments, orders, products datas and liked files...
Why not with "tags" ?

For me SeedDMS is a nice tool, but I don't see what makes it a "must-have" for Dolibarr...
