The mentionned module seems to be very old (version 3.1 of dolibarr).

Did you take a look at this one: https://www.dolistore.com/en/modules/526-CardDAV---CalDAV---ICS-synchronization.html?search_query=carddav&results=4

It looks more recent and provide a contact form.

I have a question about the dolibarr cardDav module that costs 60 euros 
on dolistore.

My question is :

Does this module synchronise dolibarr whith the adress book in both 
directions :
1. dolibarr -> external adressbook
2. External adressBook -> dolibarr  ?
