Hi Dolibarr members and Dolibarr developers.

I have build packages for Dolibarr 3.9 RC. This is a Release Candidate (It means it is version 3.9 that should be ready but in "should be ready" there is "should" !).

Because it is a RC (so not final), link to download is http://www.dolibarr.org/downloads/  (into beta and prerelease section)  and is not yet available into sourceforge mirror.

Everybody is invited to download, test and report last bugs. Final release should be done very soon.
