Yeah... all the main mailing lists have been active.  Most
active was probably the mailing list of the Steering Committee
with debates of details of copyright assignment and the like,
as well as some discussions related to securing funding.  (We
will share details as soon as something substantial has emerged
from all this talking.)

Here are (in my opinion) the top three areas where DEVELOPERS
need to move into action right now:

a) SEE, The Secure Execution Environment deamon (implemented in
   C++).  This has a little code but at the moment no active
   developers.

b) A Java front-end for the Portable.NET compiler (to be
   implemented in C).  (Bradley, you expressed interest in
   this... are you able to take this on, or is the FSF keeping
   you too busy?)

c) A webservice-based application that will become popular
   quickly.  A file-sharing app (like I proposed recently)
   would be a good choice IMHO.  (Choice of programming
   languages is to a large extent in the hands of whoever takes
   this on.)
