[DotGNU]a DotGNU standard for C# library extensions

Hi All,
        I've tried crystallising all I learned from libxml# into a 
document describing the procedures and conventions followed.
I would like the opnion of the experts on whether this is 
acceptable in concept/practice/form.

        It is almost a suggestion rather than a standard, so I guess
someone might want to add/remove/correct/rearrange parts. So ,
comments please (Esp. SEE references ;-)
