Some bugs I encountered:
The pnetvm part doesn't always compile, probably needs a "-L/usr/local/lib/pnet"
in LFLAGS. The error it reports is something like "libILSupport can't find
function GC_Thread_...".
The location of apxs is always /usr/local/sbin/ even if I say ./configure
--with-apxs=/usr/sbin.
