I'd like a little more information than this for the check list.  What steps 
do you go through to update the Website?  While files do you edit?  Where do 
the tarballs and binaries get put?  It is important that anyone with website 
access be able to do it in a pinch if you're unavailable because of exams, 
ill-health, etc.
