I've now fixed this by making pnet and pnetlib put the same version
numbers 
and public key tokens on our assemblies as Microsoft uses.  Our engine, 
ilrun, ignores this information, so it doesn't do any harm to include
it.

You'll need to rebuild both pnet and pnetlib to get the fix.
