the next question is what we want to do with this? :-)

 * build sample webservice programs running in dgee that interact
   with phpgroupware via xml-rpc

 * adapt the collaborative translation interface so that we can
   use it also for transalation work of messages generated by
   other DotGNU projects besides phpGroupware

 * other ideas?
